To participate, the exhibiting company must read and agree with all the information on this page. At the bottom of the page, click the link and fill out the fields in the REGISTRATION and QUESTIONNAIRE forms.
The information in the QUESTIONNAIRE will be verified and evaluated in person at the event by Informa Markets' partner consultancy.
It should be noted that participation is free and voluntary.
1. Regulations
1.1 Evaluation, Scoring, and Tiebreaker Criteria
- The questionnaire contains 18 multiple-choice questions with scores ranging from 0 to 5 points.
- Unanswered questions will receive 0 (zero) points.
- The maximum score that can be achieved is 109 points.
- Questions that demonstrate greater attention to socio-environmental responsibility have higher weights and therefore are worth more points. This information is included in the QUESTIONNAIRE.
- The booth with the highest score in its category will be considered the winner of the award.
- In the event of a tie, the winner will be determined by the highest scores in the questions with higher weights. This information is included in the QUESTIONNAIRE.

- What is the approximate percentage of materials reused from other events in the booth?
- What is the percentage of recycled materials used in the booth?
- Does the booth have a waste management system?
- How many light bulbs are used in the booth?
- What type of light bulbs are used in the booth?
- What type of material is used for the giveaways?
- Is there Carbon Neutralization for the event?
- Is there Carbon Neutralization for the company?
- Does the company have socio-environmental projects?
- Does the exhibiting company have certifications? (ISO 26001 - Social Responsibility / ISO 14001 - Environment / OHSAS 18001 - Safety / ISO 9001 - Quality)
- What modes of transportation will employees use to get to the event?
- What mode of transportation is used to transport equipment for the setup and teardown of the booth?
- How many trips are needed to transport equipment for the setup of the booth?
- How many trips are needed to transport equipment for the teardown of the booth?
- What type of accessibility does the booth have? (Access Ramp / Tactile Flooring / Handrails / Braille Panels / Audible Communication) Are there PWDs (Persons with Disabilities) on the booth operation team?
- Does the company have a Code of Ethics?
- Does the company have a Whistleblower Channel?
1.3- Categories (by booth size)
O prêmio possui 4 categorias, de acordo com o porte do estande.
- Micro: Up to 30m²
- Small: Above 30m² to 60m²
- Medium: Above 60m² to 120m²
- Large: Above 120m²

3. Recognitions
The Sustainable Booth Award 2024 ABF Franchising Expo will have 3 (three) forms of recognition, as follows:
3.1- Winners of the Sustainable Booth Award 2024 ABF Franchising Expo
The exhibiting companies and their respective booth builders will receive a seal and a certificate as Winners of the Sustainable Booth Award 2024 ABF Franchising Expo in their respective categories, which can be used after the event in any communication medium.
3.2- Sustainable Booth Seal 2024 ABF Franchising Expo
All exhibiting companies that achieve a score equal to or higher than 56 (50%) will receive the Sustainable Booth Seal 2024 ABF Franchising Expo, which can be used after the event in any communication medium.
3.3- Participant Company Seal of the Sustainable Booth Award 2024 ABF Franchising Expo
All companies that register and fill out the questionnaire will receive the Participant Company Seal of the Sustainable Booth Award 2024 ABF Franchising Expo, which can be used before, during, and after the event in any communication medium.
