Franchising in Brazil

The most recent research by the Brazilian Franchising Association (ABF) on the internationalization of Brazilian franchises shows that national chains registered a growth of 16% outside Brazil in 2022 when compared to 2021. The number of brands abroad rose from 183 in 2021, to 213 in 2022. When it comes to countries in which Brazilian chains are present, the number also grew, from 114 to 126 nations, an increase of more than 10%.

I work in the real estate business, and I'm at the fair for the first time, I found a large portfolio at the fair, with several segments. A place with great opportunity for those who want to invest. “In our first participation, we arrived with the objective of presenting the relevance of the fitness sector for the franchise market. We came to show investors, those who are still far from this market, that our sector delivers good results, great profitability and still brings quality of life to people. And we got the message across. We came with a bold goal and we surpassed it on the second day. In short, we closed the fair with a doubled goal. And, in addition to the goals, the qualification of leads provided us with very productive business rounds, as people came looking for something to undertake and we were able to present ourselves as a good option”.

“The presence of the Oral Sin network at the ABF 2023 fair came to consecrate, along with the other participants of the SMZTO group, the positive recognition as a pioneering brand in dental implants in the health, beauty and well-being segment in the country. The fair this year was excellent, we had well-qualified candidates at the fair this year, with a smaller volume, but well targeted to know which is the best business to invest in. The profile that appeared the most at our stand was an entrepreneur, more of an investor than a dentist. People looking for solid business”.

“Our expectations were already exceeded on the first day, due to the number of people we had at our stand. We are with very advanced negotiations and the objective is to sell 20 new franchises, surpassing last year. We had visits from our franchisees who saw the importance of our network within franchising”.
